WHO AM I?

My name is Kayla, the owner of Swan Power and a Self Care Educator. I started Swan Power in 2019 after struggling with my mental/physical health for a few years and choosing to dedicate my life to overcoming my obstacles using self care in 2018. In 2022 I started Swan Speaks: The Newsletter, to share my journey to encourage others that they are not alone on their journey. I share vulnerable stories, growth/mindset tips and strategies how to become the best version of yourself!

This newsletter will be a monthly forum that will provide you with topics, tips and guidance on how to improve or level up on your self care and personal growth journey. Using my professional background and personal experience to guide you along your journey!
