Hi, my name is Kayla and I independently run my self care education brand, Swan Power. I created my brand about 4 years ago. It came about when I was back in school studying to become a behaviour therapist but, also struggling in my life and my mental health. When I discovered self care, I realized how powerful it was and wanted to share what transformed my life with others! Swan Power became a place where anyone can come and feel seen, safe and empowered! Over the years, I’ve offered products, services and later on fell in love with speaking and hosting self care centred events. We all know how difficult it can be to do all of those things on your own.
